1. Acceptance

By accessing this Site, submitting an inquiry, or conducting business with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information on this Site

We strive to keep product specifications, standards coverage, capacities, and other information accurate and current. However, all information is provided for general guidance only and may be changed at any time without notice. Final specifications, MOQ, lead time, and pricing are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice.

3. Products & custom manufacturing

Standard catalog items are produced to the international standards listed on each product page (DIN, ANSI, GB, JIS; GOST and IS available on request — available on request). Custom and OEM products follow the specifications, drawings, and samples you provide. We encourage pre-production sample approval for custom orders.

4. Inquiries & quotations

Submitting a request through our forms or by email does not constitute a binding order. A binding order requires our written acceptance (e.g., a signed proforma invoice) and receipt of the agreed deposit or payment per the agreed Incoterms.

5. Pricing & payment

Pricing is quoted per order based on specifications, quantity, material, surface treatment, and destination. Accepted Incoterms include FOB, CIF, and EXW (Available on request — additional terms on request). Payment methods, currency, and schedule are defined in the proforma invoice.

6. Shipping & delivery

Lead times are estimates from the date of deposit and order confirmation and may vary by product, quantity, surface treatment, and production schedule. Risk of loss passes to the buyer per the agreed Incoterm. Title passes upon full payment.

7. Quality, inspection & warranty

Products are inspected against the agreed specification and standard before shipment. We will replace or refund defective products verified to be non-conforming, subject to the claims procedure and time limits defined in the proforma invoice. This is the sole remedy for non-conforming goods. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Returns & cancellations

Custom and made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has begun. Standard catalog items may be returned subject to restocking fees and freight. All returns require prior written authorization (RMA).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product photos, and the Donghuang Hardware brand — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Custom tooling and drawings remain the property of the party that created them, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Confidentiality

Drawings, specifications, pricing, and business information exchanged in the course of an inquiry or order are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling that business, unless required to be disclosed by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donghuang Hardware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is capped at the amount paid for that order.

12. Compliance & export

Buyers are responsible for compliance with import regulations, customs, and any applicable sanctions or trade controls in their country. We do not ship to restricted destinations or end-uses.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Available on request — final jurisdiction and arbitration venue available on request). Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by arbitration in Ningbo, China (available on request).

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
