What standards do you manufacture to?
We commonly produce to DIN, ANSI, GB and JIS standards, with both metric (M) and inch (UNC/UNF) threads. GOST (Russia) and IS (India) coverage is available on request — please confirm your required standard when inquiring, as current certificates are available on request.
Can you produce non-standard or custom fasteners?
Yes. We accept non-standard sizes, drawings and special materials. With 9 years of in-house mold-making experience (CNC + forging presses), we develop tooling ourselves to keep custom costs competitive.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, free samples are available on request so you can verify material, finish and fit before placing a bulk order.
What are your MOQ and lead times?
MOQ and lead time vary by product, material and customization. Tell us your target quantity and spec, and we will quote accordingly — no fixed numbers are published to avoid misleading estimates.
What trade terms do you support?
We support FOB, CIF and EXW. Logistics are coordinated from Ningbo, one of China's major export ports, with 200+ containers shipped per year.

How do you ensure product quality?
Quality control covers material and process inspection. We also support third-party or on-site inspection at our Yuyao, Ningbo facility. Common grades include 4.8 / 8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9, plus stainless A2 (304) and A4 (316).

What certifications do you hold?
The company references ISO 9001, CE and SGS. These badges are shown across the site, but exact certificate numbers and validity periods are available on request from our team before any formal claim is published.
What surface treatments are available?
Zinc plating (blue/white or yellow), black oxide, hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) and Dacromet — covering indoor, outdoor, marine and corrosive environments. Stainless parts may be supplied plain or passivated.
Do you offer packaging design and OEM branding?
Yes. We provide free packaging design and private-label / OEM branding support, with long-term partner packaging factories. Packaging data is kept confidential.
